A few things to know.

GPSforFamily is preparing for release. This page explains the current product’s limitations. GPSforFamily is free to use. Final terms and the service operator’s details will be published before the public launch.

Share with care

Invite only people you intend to include in your family circle. Location sharing requires appropriate permission from each participant. Use the app respectfully and follow the laws that apply to you.

Locations are approximate

Location accuracy and updates depend on GPS reception, permissions, connectivity, battery settings, and device availability. Always check the timestamp and contact your family directly when needed.

Emergency alerts

SOS alerts are sent to your family. They do not contact emergency services and delivery or a response cannot be guaranteed. Contact your local emergency services directly when immediate help is needed.

Availability and price

GPSforFamily is free: there are no subscriptions, paid plans or in-app purchases. The website’s app preview is a demonstration using fictional data. Pet tracking requires a compatible GPS device and configured integration.
